Victory 247: A comprehensive online betting platform.
Victory 247 offered a wide range of sports betting options, live betting, and casino games to users in Serbia. Licensed by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Serbia, the platform aimed to provide a secure and engaging betting experience.
Problem
Need for improved user interface and experience.
While the platform offered diverse betting options, the user interface lacked intuitive design, making navigation and user engagement suboptimal. There was a need to streamline workflows and enhance the visual appeal to retain users and encourage longer sessions.
Solution
Integrating product design into existing marketing roles.
I took on additional responsibilities in product design, focusing on:
Redesigning UI elements for better clarity and usability
Streamlining user workflows to simplify navigation
Collaborating with developers to implement design changes
Ensuring visual consistency across marketing and product interfaces
These efforts aimed to create a more cohesive and user-friendly platform.
Results
Enhanced user engagement and platform consistency
The integration of improved design elements led to:
Increased user satisfaction and engagement
More intuitive navigation and user flows
A consistent visual identity across all user touchpoints
